DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT

In an effort to fulfill the increasing demand for dwelling units, the promoter “Prestige
Projects Private Limited” came into being with the sole aim of providing quality residential
apartments and villas for the people of different strata. One of such projects, envisioned by
M/s. Prestige Projects Private Limited is being proposed to develop residential apartments and
villas

Valagere Kallahalli Village, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru encompassing an area of
3,70,638.38 Sqmt (91 Acres 23.52 Guntas). The project comprises of 5,665 Nos. of Apartments,
145 Nos. of Villas, 5 Club Houses and an Amenity Building.

The apartments are sprawled across as 2B/3B+G+23UF/26UF/27UF with a maximum
height of 85.85m, the Villas are sprawled across as G+1UF with a height of 7.40m, the Club
Houses are sprawled across as G+2UF/3UF and Amenity Building is sprawled across as

PRESTIGE SMART CITY ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN

Prestige Smart City - The detailed EMP will be formulated to mitigate the residual impacts arises due to the development of the proposed project. Budgeting of the EMP will be included in the EIA report. In the EIA report, the planned EMP of the proposed project will include the following aspects of discussion in detail. Sewage treatment Plant (STP) of appropriate capacity will be designed for the wastewater generated from the proposed project and the wastewater will be treated to the tertiary level and after the treatment it will be reused for flushing of toilets, gardening etc. The treated sewage from the STP would be conforming to the stipulated standards. The spent oil from the DG sets will be stored in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) drums in isolated covered facility and disposed off as per the Hazardous Waste  (Management & Handling) Rules 1989 (latest amendment 2008 and 2016).
