RISK ASSESSMENT AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT PLAN (DMP) The Risk Assessment and DMP planned for the proposed project is as given below. Prestige Smart City - Risk and Disaster Management Plan Disaster is an unexpected event due sudden failure of the system, external threats, internal disturbances, earth quakes, fire and accidents. Thus an appropriate management plan shall be incorporated. Prestige Smart City - The detailed EMP will be formulated to mitigate the residual impacts arises due to the development of the proposed project. Budgeting of the EMP will be included in the EIA report. In the EIA report, the planned EMP of the proposed project will include the following aspects of discussion in detail. Sewage treatment Plant (STP) of appropriate capacity will be designed for the wastewater generated from the proposed project and the wastewater will be treated to the tertiary level and after the treatment it will be reused for flushing of toilets, gardening etc. The treated sewage from the STP would be conforming to the stipulated standards. The spent oil from the DG sets will be stored in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) drums in isolated covered facility and disposed off as per the Hazardous Waste  (Management & Handling) Rules 1989 (latest amendment 2008 and 2016).
